I aim to deliver exceptional graphic design services, understanding that design is not a one-size-fits-all solution. These are the terms I set to facilitate the successful execution of my work.

Rate

My standard hourly rate is 850 DKK excluding VAT, and my daily rate is 5000 DKK excluding VAT (7.5 hours).

Time spent

I track the amount of time spent on your project and bill you for each started hour. The minimum amount billed is for 1 hour of work. The hours that I bill include various activities such as generating ideas, designing, producing, redrawing, delivering files, consulting with you throughout the project, getting quotes from printers, travelling to and from your office, attending meetings, responding to phone calls, and replying to emails. These hours are estimated and may be exceeded. If any additional time is required, I will inform you promptly.

Preferred deadline

I always do my best to complete your tasks on time. However, to avoid any potential delays, it is recommended that you book my services at least three weeks before your deadline. If your deadline is EOD, it means the end of the given day, which is typically 23:59, unless we have agreed otherwise. This also applies to any quotes or estimated prices that I provide, unless we have made a different arrangement.

Working hours

My working hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this time, I am available to respond to emails and tasks. If you need me to work outside of these hours on weekdays, there will be an additional 50% charge on top of the standard hourly rate. On weekends and public holidays, there will be a 100% surcharge.

Irregular working hours may occur if I receive information or materials late, and the deadline cannot be postponed. In such cases, I will inform you of any additional charges before I begin or continue the task. This way, you can decide to postpone the delivery date and avoid surcharges if necessary.

As a general rule, I take weekends and holidays off unless we have told you otherwise.

Cancellation of booked time

If you have booked me for a task but need to cancel it, please do so at least 48 business hours before the scheduled start. I understand that plans can change and I want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Please note that I am officially booked only after I have approved the task and we have agreed on a deadline. If you do not cancel the task in a timely manner, you will be invoiced for 100% of the hours already worked on the task and 50% of the reserved hours.

Copyrights and Responsibilities

Please ensure that the materials provided to me do not violate any copyright laws. Furthermore, I want to clarify that I am not responsible for any typographical errors in files that have been approved before printing. For web content, you are responsible for having the correct cookie permissions and settings and the configuration with any third-party providers.

After the completion of the work, I will own all working files unless we have agreed on something else. If you want to purchase the working files, you can do so at any time.

Payment

I send the invoice immediately after the first design draft unless otherwise agreed.
The payment deadline is 8 days.

Privacy policy

When collaborating with me, I will require the following information about you and your company: company name, contact person, address, email, phone number, and VAT number. This information is necessary to ensure timely work delivery and issue invoices for completed tasks. I will store this data securely for six months after completing all tasks. Rikke Wehner Hein is the data manager at Wehner Hein Studio. According to GDPR, you can request a document with the data I store about you and your company at any time.
